Many people would love to work from abroad for a while. Recruit new colleagues abroad immediately
If it is difficult to get people from other countries, you can offer them the possibility to stay in their own country, for example Spain. We are already seeing that foreign companies, for example, recruit programmers in Spain and have them work here (in Spain). In fact, they put together entire international teams in Spain with colleagues from various countries. Spanish cities such as Barcelona, Madrid but also Malaga and Valencia appear to have an enormous attraction for international talent. Here new combinations arise of partly working from home and partly in, for example, a co-working in Barcelona or Madrid.

The biggest barrier to these opportunities is that it seems to be a hassle to arrange everything and to meet all obligations in a country like Spain.
