We have clients from all over the world and half of our Great Team is foreign and the other half is Spanish.
Spain itself is composed of 17 autonomous regions with major differences in language and culture. We have Spanish colleagues from various different regions and they are proof that Andalusians, Catalans and Madrilenians are able to work together perfectly.
Great Place To Work
At Euro Economics, we regularly conduct employee satisfaction surveys to ensure we remain a great place to work and to identify opportunities for improvement. Our ambition is clear: to achieve the highest Great Place to Work score in our sector in Spain, just as we strive to maintain the highest Happy Client Score in Spain.
A Healthy Work-Life Balance and Great Colleagues
To measure employee satisfaction, we work with the internationally recognized Great Place to Work Institute. Through a comprehensive online survey of more than 50 questions, our colleagues provide valuable insights into all aspects of the organization.
All responses are submitted anonymously, allowing everyone to share their honest opinions and suggestions openly.
The Results: A Score We Are Proud Of
The most recent survey resulted in an outstanding score of 83 out of 100. To maintain consistency with other satisfaction measurements, such as our Happy Client Score, we translate this result to our own 0-10 scale, resulting in an impressive 8.3.
Following the survey, Great Place to Work provides detailed feedback and recommendations. One of the suggestions from our latest survey was to offer even more training and development opportunities. We are always listening and continuously investing in the growth of our team.
Fortunately, the survey also included a selection of anonymous comments highlighting why our colleagues consider Euro Economics a Great Place to Work. Their feedback reflects the positive culture, professional development opportunities, team spirit, and supportive working environment that we strive to create every day.
